実るかどうかわからない春蕎麦だが道の駅で販売するための交渉は先月しておいた。
今日道の駅から電話があった。説明したいから来てくれと。
津農林水産商工環境事務所から FAX が入っていた。
以下その内容。

そば粉の表示について

そば粉は加工品ですので、以下の表示が必要です。
１．名称
２．原料名及び原材料の産地
３．内容量
４．賞味期限
５．保存方法
６．製造業者または販売業者の氏名及び住所
